Legal Sea Foods Announces Wine Cellar Sessions

Legal Sea Foods is running a unique summer series of wine events at their Park Square location in Boston. Every Tuesday night through the month of June they'll be offering guided wine and food pairing sessions hosted by their wine steward Austin Ward. I've had the pleasure of meeting Austin on a couple of occasions, and I can say without hesitation that these sessions are sure to be enjoyable.

As I glanced through the list of dates, the following caught my attention:

  • June 2nd: Environmental Studies
    Biodynamic and Organic Wines
    Wholesome pairings celebrate the best in local organic produce and Organic/Biodynamic wines
  • June 23rd: Government
    The Kabinett Cabinet
    Comparative tasting of Kabinett Riesling: Germany's finest with compatible fare
  • June 30th: Language Lab
    French: Bordeaux, Spanish: Rioja, Italian: Chianti
    Label translation and small bites
The cost is $25 per person per session. Tax and gratuity are included. More information, including a complete schedule is available here.
